Stakeholders Management
Because we are small, personal contact and communication are inbred. We communicate openly and very frequently with our customers, our staff, our distributors and suppliers, our neighbours and the local authorities. This not only helps to create a positive interaction with all these various stakeholders. It also results in an atmosphere of mutual confidence and trust. We regard all our business contacts as active partners. This explains why our business premises too are 'an open house': stakeholder’s management is all about communication.

We therefore made a conscious decision to keep our growing business in the centre of Wenduine. We did not want to move to an industrial estate, because we feel that a traditional craft s.a. coffee roasting belongs in the very middle of village life – just like, for instance, a bakery. We have also tried to reflect this philosophy in the architecture of our premises.
