Coffee is the perfect ending to a good meal, and a good coffee dessert makes a grande finale to a sumptuous dinner. Try out these Koffie Kàn recipes (drinks and/or desserts) and you will be surprised at the great variety and versatility of coffee: first of all, the wide range of coffee blends. Secondly, the many hundreds of desserts you can make using this 'drink of the gods'. And thirdly, let's be surprised by coffee as an unexpected, but tasty ingredient in recipes for main dishes.

Many of the recipes we receive suggest another variation to the classical Irish Coffee. 'Belgian Coffee': you use Flemish gin instead of whisky. Or 'Café Romana': coffee with Amaretto and a scoop of Mocha ice cream. A personal interpretation of the 'Caffé Frappé':fill a long drink glass for a quarter with cold coffee, add cold milk and some soluble cacao powder, mix and enjoy.
But you'll find the real stuff from genuine coockery lovers on this page.
