Peter Bossier learned the tricks of the trade at the bakery school "Ter Groene Poorte" in Bruges.
As a young pastry chef, Peter worked in many renowned houses.
He did an internship at Wittamer-Brussels and worked at Debalieul-Brussels, Delrey Antwerp & Demaré in Knokke.
With this experience in his pocket, Peter started “Avalanche” in 2001 together with his wife Stephanie Huis.
