Koffie Kàn delivers via the GLS transport company (gls-group.eu/BE/en/home). If we have a valid email address, you will be notified of the delivery by email.
Our coffee is delivered free of charge within Belgium and the Netherlands from 12 bags of coffee, cups or pads. For smaller orders, appliances, coffee cups or accessories with a sales price lower than € 50, a fixed transport price of €6,5 is charged. From €50 you do not pay any transport costs.

If you ordered a wrong product, you can always exchange it. Exchanging happens with shared transport costs. To return the product, first complete the form on the Return page.
You can then return the item to be exchanged in an envelope or box to Koffie Kàn bvba, Kerkstraat 84 - 8420 Wenduine.
Indicate in an accompanying letter the order number and which products you wish to receive in exchange. If the return shipment does not fit through the letterbox, hand over your package at a post office. We will send the new products to you and we will bear those transport costs.
