Bio

This Arabica is organically grown and harvested in the highlands of Chiapas in Mexico. No artificial fertilisers or chemical pesticides are used at all. The coffee berries are dried in the sun and processed without additives. To guarantee this organic coffee, Ecocert watches over all the phases of the coffee-growing, resulting in the "Biogarantie® label" for Koffie Kàn's Bio blend. This honest origin coffee has an exceptionally mild and balanced flavour.

Aroma

A refined floral bouquet of roses gradually evolves into an opulent and complex palette of different perfumes, with suggestions of honey. A gentle aroma, which is as soft and fragrant as flower petals.

Flavour

The attack has the slight floral tang of rosehips and hibiscus, followed by a light and well-balanced bitterness that is smooth rather than sharp, gradually melting into a more supple middle, full of complexity.
