Enjoy a cup of real slow coffee with this authentic pour-over coffee maker.
Thanks to the slower brewing process, the water has a lot of time to absorb the aromas and oils of the ground coffee. And that makes for a more intense taste.
Place the durable coffee filter in the funnel-shaped opening of the jug and scoop 20 to 25 g of freshly ground coffee into it. Let the coffee swell first (= pour a little bit of hot water on the coffee so that it starts to simmer), this will degas the coffee and that ensures a better taste.
After about half a minute you can continue pouring.
