This exceptional Ombligon coffee comes from the award-winning El Diviso estate in the highlands of Huila, Colombia. Nestor Lasso, a passionate young master roaster, created through his unique fermentation process a coffee that's gentle on your stomach while rich in flavor. This exclusive microlot undergoes natural anaerobic fermentation with thermal shock, a process lasting 200 hours. The result? A coffee that lets you truly enjoy without discomfort. Because you deserve it: a moment of pure indulgence where body and mind find peace.
