This exceptional Pacamara comes from Finca Zarza, the family estate of Jhonatan and Alejandra Gasca in the mountains of Huila, Colombia. As fourth-generation coffee farmers, they combine tradition with innovation in a coffee so special it was used at the 2024 World Barista Championship. The name 'Zarza' refers to the Gasca family name and the blackberry bushes adorning their land, symbolizing the interwoven strength of family and nature. Their anaerobic natural fermentation with thermal shock creates a coffee that's gentle on your stomach while complex flavors pamper your senses.
