Santos Mild - COURSE Grind

Koffie Kàn's speciality for lovers of mild, light, but full-flavoured coffee. A selection of naturally mild Santos, Colombian, Mexican and Guatemalan coffees lend their gentle aromas to this easy-to-digest blend with a super-low caffeine content (less than 1.5%).

We ground this Santos a little coarser so that you can use them perfectly for the French Press of Chemex.

Aroma

The initial fresh and slightly dry bouquet soon gives way to a soft and balanced harmony of chocolate, where the fragrances vary from creamy 'chokotoff' to pure fondant.

Flavour

A modest attack with a touch of walnut, gradually superseded by a middle characterized by full-bodied, sweet warmth, offset by a delicate hint of bitterness. Mild and supple, but with ample body and complexity. The finish is not exaggerated, but is sufficiently long to be pleasing.
